Who Are We?
Rob McVie
Lou McVie
Rob originally started his fitness career at the tender age of 16 before joining the Army and becoming a Physical Training Instructor.
After leaving the Army, he held down every position in the industry before going solo.
He launched outdoor Bootcamps in 13 cities throughout the UK, owned 3 Boxing Gyms, an MMA Club, Fight Promotions Company.
He later went into business for the first time with Lou, opening up a 6000sq ft Gym and filing it to 1656 clients inside 4 years.
Fed up with being tied down to a specific location and time constraints, Rob launched his Bossman Life online Coaching program for 40+ men before becoming one of the Health/Fitness Industries most sought after coaches
Rob now coaches Health Practitioners & Fitness Coaches in 18 countries around the world and is also studying for a PHD in Integrative Medicine, motivated by the death of Lou's best friend to cancer at the age of 30
Lou was a youth dance champion before opening her own Dance Studio that eventually became the largest of it's kind in South West Scotland.
Lou later trained as Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer where she had huge waiting lists for her services
She then went on to qualify as a Psychotherapist and Psychologist where she later opened and successfully ran her own clinic.
Wanting to make more impact, Lou launched her Empowered Woman Life Online Coaching Program that she built to $240k inside it's first 12 months.
Lou is now the Psyche & Performance Coach here at Boss Coaches where she shows our clients how to become the best version of themselves so they can grow their their online coaching business
